1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and la44 ("la44", "We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the la44 website at la44.vip and all services, games and features offered through it. - You must not be under self-exclusion from la44 or any related platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open a new account until the exclusion period has formally ended.
- You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
la44 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you register a la44 account, you are required to provide a valid mobile number, a chosen username and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. la44 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us that your credentials have been compromised.
Password Security
You are required to choose a strong password for your la44 account — a minimum of eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers is strongly recommended. You must not share your password with any other person. la44 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact la44 support at [email protected].
Account Responsibility
Your la44 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals and other transactions placed from your account. If you share a device with other users, you must log out of your la44 account after each session to prevent unauthorised access. la44 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
la44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your name. la44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited to la44 are held in your player account wallet and may be used for gaming, subject to these Terms. la44 does not pay interest on player account balances.
Deposits
The following deposit conditions apply to all la44 accounts:
- Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and account verification status.

- la44 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. la44 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
The following withdrawal conditions apply to all la44 accounts:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. la44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used by the account holder.
- la44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification where la44 has reasonable grounds to believe that a verification check is required.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms and conditions at the time the bonus is offered.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
la44 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus's individual terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that bonus.
Wagering Requirements
Most la44 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). This means that before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn, the player must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount on eligible games. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit for completing the wagering requirement are specified in each individual bonus's terms and conditions.
Bonus Abuse Policy
la44 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account suspension:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus or sign-up offer more than once.
- Placing bets on all outcomes of the same event (also known as 'bonus hunting' or 'arbitrage betting') with the intent of converting bonus funds into real-money withdrawable funds with minimal risk.
- Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to place bets or interact with la44 in a manner not intended for normal human play.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on la44. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using la44 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and then withdrawing them as 'clean' funds.
- Providing false identification documents or false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's la44 account without authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or otherwise tamper with la44's platform, software, games or infrastructure.
- Registering or operating a la44 account on behalf of a minor or any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false dispute claims or misrepresentation of identity for financial gain.
la44 employs fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Where suspicious activity is identified, la44 reserves the right to freeze the affected account and withhold funds pending investigation. la44 will cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required.
7. Responsible Gaming
la44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity. la44 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to treat gaming as a leisure activity with a budget they are comfortable losing, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

- Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on la44.vip, including but not limited to the la44 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and all other material, is the property of la44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use la44.vip for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell or exploit any part of la44.vip or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of la44. Any unauthorised use of la44's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, la44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of la44.vip or its services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption to gaming sessions caused by technical issues beyond la44's reasonable control, or losses caused by your failure to comply with these Terms.
la44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that la44.vip will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. la44 is not responsible for the quality, reliability or accuracy of any third-party game content, and any dispute regarding a game result must be directed in the first instance to the relevant game provider.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
la44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, bonus abuse, prohibited activities or failure to pass required identity verification.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal activity associated with the account.
- A player's request for self-exclusion under la44's responsible gaming policy.
- la44 determining, for any other reason consistent with applicable law or its operational policies, that the continuation of the account relationship is not appropriate.
Where an account is closed by la44 for a reason other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances and uncleared winnings derived solely from bonuses shall not be returned where the account is closed due to a Terms breach.
11. Amendments to These Terms
la44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, la44 will notify registered players by posting a notice on la44.vip and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the contact details associated with the player's account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on la44.vip.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of la44 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 12. Governing Law and Disputes
